What does “Task Tracker” do?

Why did I create “Task Tracker”?

It was originally built for my homeschooled kids, to make it easy for them to understand what they need to do, where to put their attention, without spending time remembering what to do next. I wanted a method that eliminates the problem of logistics so they could focus on what’s important, something that would also be helpful for me so I’ll be able to keep track of their progress and visually see what they did, and what was hard for them. Eventually, it was so efficient that I’ve started using it myself and it literally changed my productive life.

How did my life look before “Task Tracker”?

My kids are working on several projects at the same time. Some of them, they chose themselves and some we, the parents, chose with them. Sometimes they neglected a subject or a project and it took us (and them) weeks to realize it. We had to manually color their calendar and scheduler so they would see it but more than anything, it interrupted their work and stayed colored even after they had finished. This involved lots of manual work and overseeing.

I, personally, study Russian using 2-3 different platforms, I have several courses I’m attending, I’m running and practicing yoga several times a week. I’m also going over our finances and my kids progress 3-4 times a month. I desperately needed a system that would keep me on track, without me needing to figure out when I had done something and what I needed to do next. It was drowning with logistics and was having hard time organizing my day according to what I wanted to do.
